I have heard that Tacos el Poblano is one of the two top taco joints in town and is the perfect spot for your classic Al pastor taco. Stopped by for a quick bite to find a no frills environment with ample seating and great service. The place is very clean and the side vegetables provided for just a few tacos are quite generous. Ordered 3 tacos and here's their ranking from my most to least favorite: - Grilled shrimp: shrimp tastes properly grilled with a nice charred flavor and there's a generous portion of shrimp on the taco. - Al pastor: very flavorful and the ingredients all mix well together with the soft cut of pork. - Asada: lots of carne asada to go around, but the meat was slightly tougher than the pork in the Al pastor taco. Note that all tacos come with a generous serving of guacamole, which is certainly a huge plus for the establishment! You also get to have a personal serving of cucumbers, radishes, lime, and a green chili sauce to go hand in hand with your tacos and you can go up to the front to fix yourself a side plate of some grilled sweet and spicy peppers, which were truly perfect. There's a fridge with lots of soda options available. The lemon Fresca was quite refreshing on a warm sunny day.

I came to Mexico last week, and during our free time, we came here. Everything was incredible. Our group sampled everything from the papa rellena, the beef, tripe, pork, and everything in between, and these tacos were incredible. The place can get busy and loud, and sometimes they're not the fastest in getting your order in. The horchata was a deliciously cold way to wash down the food. Once you get past the noise and the busyness, this is a fantastic place to eat lunch with. I would genuinely come here again. The beef tacos were the standout dishes. If you're ever in Baja California and you miss out here, you're missing out. I also had a tostada, but it tasted like it was cooked for a little too long, but definitely worth the hype. 4.5 stars.

This place is fantastic, not a lot of options but everything is good. It's in a concrete shell, no doors, all adds to the ambiance.

Super tasty and affordable. Pretty authentic place. Most people are locals. We ordered the carne asada which was a lot of food for 2 and really tasty.

This place was so good! Tacos were reasonably priced and delicious. This is the perfect lunch spot when visiting Todo Santos. No frills environment but clean.

Absolutely DELICIOUS. All parts of this experience were phenomenal. Service was kind and prompt. Relaxed atmosphere. No frills ambiance. But when the food is so amazing, do you really need fancy decor? The tacos were so incredible. They come loaded with onions, cilantro, and guacamole. Handmade tortillas. We ordered Al pastor and carne asada...and then proceeded to come BACK to this same spot 3 days in a row. We spoke Spanish but I'm positive they also speak English, should you need.

This place is usually only open late afternoon/evening. I've had their pastor as well as Asada tacos, both were good but the pastor is hands down better. It's not the best taco place in town but definitely good. My only complaint is the lack of condiment selection, only one salsa which is mild and not crazy flavorful, some cucumbers, radishes and limes.

Best tacos ever! Tortillas hot and perfectly toasted, meat was piping hot, nice crispy yet soft and tender and incredibly flavourful, cheap and awesome! Best tacos ever! We are DEFINITELY going back! Quick service, but very busy, zero ambiences, but when the food is THIS good and cheap, who cares? 6/5!

Best burrito I've found in Todos Santos. Family joint under a palapa. Grab a beer across the street and order asada or pastor at the counter. So good. Just thinking about it makes me want one right now. Incredible prices. Tacos $1.40/28 pesos. Burritos $4/80 pesos.
